Jacquelyn Chow
is a Chinese-Burmese American fashion designer based in San Francisco. With a background of tailors and seamstresses, she moved to Paris at the age of 18 to pursue a degree in Fashion design, focusing on pattern making and tailoring. She graduated in 2015 with a BFA in Fashion Design from École Parsons à Paris / Paris College of Art.
That same year, Jacquelyn was awarded the prestigious Golden Thimble for Best Degree Collection by Hervé L. Leroux for her work exploring the theme of Anonymity. In the fall of 2015, she was selected to present her collection at the Who’s Next Trade Show in Paris. Her work was showcased alongside that of 14 other graduates from top fashion schools.
In the winter of 2016, her brand made its debut at New York Fashion Week, presented at Chelsea White Space. Since then, her collections have been shown to private buyers in both the Middle Eastern and European markets.
Jacquelyn is a passionate designer with a strong affinity for authentic vintage ready-to-wear and tailoring, drawing deep inspiration from the past to inform her creative process. She brings thoughtfully curated designs to life, always aligned with brand-relevant silhouettes and a consistent brand DNA. Known for identifying and implementing innovative design solutions, she ensures each concept balances originality with brand integrity.
